Riverstone Church provides partial monthly support to missionaries in countries world-wide. Some of these missionaries are serving in "closed" or "secure" countries where the gospel cannot be freely shared. Please join us in prayer as we support these individuals and families who have dedicated to full-time Christian service.

Scott and Susie Hampton

AIM / Florida

Scott and Susie served for 18 years in Africa, primarily in Tanzania and Kenya. They now serve in Minneola, Florida at the Africa Inland Mission Retirement Center. As the director, Scott shepherds the community of 90+ retired missionaries who have served – many for their whole life – in Africa. He oversees the center’s financial, medical, and staffing needs. Susie works at the center’s office, and both are very involved with caring for and supporting the many retired missionaries.

Scott and Susie have three adult boys – Kieran, Kyle, and Kaedon. They pour into their boys as well as their aging mothers who live nearby. Scott serves as a deacon in their church and enjoys biking to work (13 miles each way). Susie loves gardening, caring for their mothers, and investing in her boys.

Prayer Requests:
  • Pray for daily wisdom as they care for over 90 senior missionaries at AIM’s retirement center. Pray that the Lord would provide for their many staffing needs.
  • Pray for their three adult kids. Pray that Kieran and Kyle would learn quickly and work hard in their new jobs, apprenticing in HVAC and car mechanics. Pray for wisdom and direction for Kaedon in college.
  • Pray that they would be a family who loves Jesus and seeks His glory among the nations and in their places of influence. Pray that they would be compelling witnesses for Him.
