KidsSafe

A child protection program

In addition to church staff, elders and paid childcare workers, KidsSafe clearances are required for volunteers for security team, shuttle bus drivers, mission trips, and Kids and Youth Ministries.

We ask that KidsSafe volunteers attend Riverstone Church regularly for at least six months prior to serving. It is our desire that volunteers first become a part of our church family and understand our mission.

KidsSafe procedures for adult volunteers:

  1. Complete the KidsSafe Application online.
  2. Read the KidsSafe Handbook.
  3. Attend a KidsSafe Training held monthly at Riverstone Church. (Visit our events page for dates.)
