The Connecting Track is a series of short-term Sunday morning classes that introduce you to the basics of Christianity, discipleship, and membership at Riverstone Church. These classes are stand-alone units, so you can take them individually or in succession.
Exploring Christianity gives people time and space learn and consider the basics of the Christian faith. Over seven interactive sessions, we will explore the Gospel of Mark and think through who Jesus is, what he achieved, and what it means for us today. Exploring Discipleship is a follow-up study to Exploring Christianity. It is ideal for someone who has just decided to follow Jesus, or wants to learn more about the Christian life. Through several sessions we will explore themes like what it means to be right with God, how God speaks to us, how we speak to God, and what it means to live and grow as a follower of Christ. This 6-session class is a basic introduction to our church beliefs and the meaning of membership in our church family. In Exploring Riverstone, we will discuss some of the specific details of our church, mission, our convictions about the gospel and the purpose of the local church, and what it means to be a member of the church.
