Don began attending Riverstone in 2000 after leaving 20+ years as a missionary-pastor to become the professor of church ministries at Cairn University. Don teaches classes at Riverstone when available, speaks at men’s events, is involved in mentoring the next generation of leaders, and serves on the elder board. He has earned degrees from Multnomah University, Western Seminary, and Talbot School of Theology. His wife, Jan, is a licensed professional counselor and serves as co-leader in a small group ministry. Don and Jan live in Levittown and have three grown children and three grandchildren.
Andy Frank - Chairman of The Board
Andy joined Riverstone in 1998. He currently leads a small group focusing on growing as a disciple and is involved with other ministries. Andy has been in commercial sales his entire career and is a graduate of Eastern University (1984). He and his wife, Sarah, live in Yardley and have two grown children. Andy and Sarah have served in a variety of roles such as prior elder service, Women’s Ministries, Children’s Ministries, short-term global and local missions, search committees and men’s and women’s small groups.
Shiju has attended Riverstone for four years and has primarily served among Young Adults since he joined the church. He has also been a member of the World Reach missions team the last two years. Shiju was raised in the Mar Thoma Church (from Syrian Orthodox roots). After becoming a Christ follower at age 18, he served as a youth leader in the Mar Thoma church, before eventually transitioning to serve in a church plant in North Philadelphia for two years. Shiju is a 2014 graduate of Cairn University with degrees in Bible and Christian Counseling. For the last two years, he has worked in Pharmaceutical Business as a Project Manager. He and his wife, Lindsay, currently live in Southampton, PA.
Mike has been saved for 25 years and he and his family have been attending Riverstone since February of 2008. He has served on the worship team at Riverstone as a guitar player and interim co-director of worship. Mike has previously served at Grace Covenant Church in Philadelphia as a small group leader, finance lead, and co-worship director. A graduate of Pennsbury High School and recipient of an undergraduate degree in Finance and graduate degree in Information Systems from Drexel University, Mike currently works for Bloomberg LP as a Senior Product Support Analyst. He and his wife, Susan, currently reside in Yardley with their two daughters, Allison and Lauren.
Matt grew up in a Christian home and has known Jesus his entire life. Matt believes Jesus continually is refining his adult testimony through the experiences and people He places into his life. His wife, Anne, first came to Riverstone in 2005, and Matt quickly began building relationships as part of the men’s softball team. Softball led to joining a small group, and as their family grew, Matt became involved with children’s ministry. He currently enjoys being one of the Wednesday night boys’ leaders. Matt and Anne have been married for 16 years and have three children: Drew (10), Henry (7) and Grace (8 months). Matt has worked in sales for Johnson & Johnson since graduating from Penn State in 1998. In his free time, Matt is an avid Eagles fan and an enthusiastic coach of youth baseball and flag football.
Chris Studley accepted Jesus as his Savior in 1985 at the age of 10. He and his family began attending Riverstone in 2004 when they moved to Yardley. Chris has a heart for mentoring and discipleship, which has led to his involvement in small groups, children's ministry, the Wednesday night basketball outreach, and coaching YMS youth soccer. He works as a teacher in Trenton Public Schools and as a youth camp director during the summers. He loves the outdoors! Chris and his wife, Kelly, live in Yardley with their 3 kids.
George Van Lieu
George has been attending Riverstone Church since 2001. He came to trust Jesus for his salvation in 1971 and continues in spiritual growth and understanding along with building a deeper confidence in the Lord. George has been leading/teaching home Bible studies along with counseling, mentoring and discipling on a one-to-one basis since 2004. He studied homiletics at PBU and theology and church doctrine through EFCA – Gateway Theological Institute. George and his wife, Terry, who were married in 1969, live in Levittown. They have two adult children and five granddaughters.
Sean Wagner - Vice Chairman
Sean has attended Riverstone since 2006 and has been a believer since 1985. Sean oversees the Riverstone Care Team and formerly served on the Riverstone Communications Team and volunteered as a Stockade leader. Sean was Finance Chair for his prior church and has led numerous Bible studies. Sean is an executive with a local pharmaceutical marketing and communications company where he provides strategic consulting to clients and leads internal delivery teams. He and his wife Jennifer live in Yardley with their two children.
